Flat Rate Shipping Across North America [up to 2600sq."]
All media, one or multiple prints. Your shipping cost is determined by the square inch size of the largest print that you order, not where you are in Canada. The larger the order, the greater the saving for you because one or multiple prints are shipped for the same flat rate. Also you can easily work out what your shipping cost will be yourself, saving you time.

Pallets & Crates for Oversized Prints
PALLETS: Constructed from honeycomb cardboard panels, lightweight and easy to dispose of by recycling (or reuse!).
Guide to prices:
  • Prints up to 48"x 48" and 40"x 80"
  • Prints over 40" wide and between 49" and 96" long

CRATES: Constructed from wood, only used when extra protection is required, usually when shipping to far-flung places, e.g. Australia, Florida, Whitehorse, Yukon, etc.

We get you the best rates by having accounts with 2 online shipping brokers, that offer aggressively discounted rates from the many couriers that compete for the shipment, including Purolator, UPS and FedEx. The preparation of customs documents is all part of the service.

Please Note: Shipping quotes are passed on to you as received from the carriers and, although it only happens occasionally, could be subject to change. Therefore Print Art Photography CA reserves the right to pass on any extra shipping costs incurred over the amount quoted by the selected carrier. 
 
Drop Shipping to Your Clients Within N. America
We "drop-ship" to your clients, i.e. ship to your clients on your behalf.
[Due to the logistics of using various couriers that are booked online we regret that we can no longer ship with your name and address as the sender. This means that we automatically become the point of contact if there is any issue with the shipping and please note, we will never print one of your image files for a third party without your direction. Shipping Mixed Orders that Include Aluminum
Aluminum prints are shipped separately to those on paper or canvas and will incur a separate shipping charge.
​Prints on canvas and paper can sometimes be shipped together.
 
Return Policy for Prints Damaged in Shipping: We will replace any print that is damaged in-transit. You must notify us within 24 hours of the time of delivery, by email or by calling toll free on 1 877 335 8111 (N. America), otherwise the order shall be deemed inspected and accepted by you. Should your order arrive with damaged packaging please do the following:
  1. Take photographs of the damage before you open the package.
  2. If the contents are damaged photograph them without removing them if that shows the damage or unwrapped if necessary.
  3. Keep the package at the premises to which they were delivered to await collection by the courier.
  4. Send us the photographs immediately, by email, plus any information to support the insurance claim that we will have to make against the courier.
 
Disclaimer Against Delay of Goods in Transit: Print Art Photography CA cannot accept responsibility for delays in transit. Once a shipment leaves our printing facility on time, full responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of your prints rests with the courier. Whilst we have no control over delays due to a courier, we will do all in our power to resolve any such situation and will take appropriate redress with the courier on behalf of the client, within the limitations of the courier's terms and conditions.
