Payment is required in advance of starting production. We accept Credit Cards, Amex, Interac, PayPal and eTransfer. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
Limited Liability: Submitting a print, film, transparency, negative or original artwork to Print Art Photography CA constitutes an agreement by the client that in the unlikely event of any damage or loss by Print Art Photography CA the client will be entitled to replacement with a like amount of film, print or raw material. Except for the said replacement, our acceptance of images and materials is without warranty or liability.
We do not guarantee the archival stability of any data storage format (e.g. Memory Sticks, CDs and DVDs), either in-house or as supplied to the client.

Production Times vary according to the volume of work going through at the time of placing the order, and are often seasonal in nature. We will always complete your order as quickly as possible, without taking any shortcuts on quality, and will inform you if any delays are expected beyond the normal production time for the work as indicated under each of the price lists. If your order is time sensitive please let us know at the time of placing it and we will confirm if we can expect to meet your deadline.
Your Copyright: Print Art Photography CA guarantees that no additional images will be created or used without the photographer's/artist's permission pursuant to international copyright law.
Privacy Policy: Print Art Photography CA respects your privacy and will never share your private information or your digital photographs with any third party. The only personal information collected on this website is gathered on our various forms voluntarily submitted by the enquirer. In the consumer form, fields are provided so that users can submit questions or comments and provide contact information including name, email address, and phone number.

Compliance with International Copyright Law is the responsibility of the client and submission of image files to Print Art Photography CA assumes that you own the copyright to the images; have permission of the copyright owner to reproduce the images or that the images are sourced from publicly available images that are not protected by international copyright law. Acting under the client's instructions, Print Art Photography CA will not be held liable in any third party claims for damages arising from infringements of this or any international, national or provincial laws.
Submission Standards: Print Art Photography CA reserves the right to refuse to print any images that fall outside of our standards of decency or ethics.
Return Policy for Prints Damaged in Shipping: We will replace any print that is damaged in-transit. You must notify us within 24 hours of the time of delivery, by email or by calling toll free on 1 877 335 8111 (N. America), otherwise the order shall be deemed inspected and accepted by you. Should your order arrive with damaged packaging please do the following: Take photographs of the damage before you open it; if the contents are damaged photograph them without removing them if that shows the damage or unwrapped if necessary; keep the package at the premises to which they were delivered to await collection by the courier; send us the photographs immediately, by email, plus any information to support the insurance claim that we will have to make against the courier.
Money Back Guarantee: We will accept for refund or replacement any print that you are not completely satisfied with due to any defect in workmanship, failure to comply fully with the client's instructions, or any reason demonstrably resulting from fault on the part of Print Art Photography CA. providing the print is shipped back to us in its original packing material in the condition in which it was received. The cost and arrangement of the return shipment is our responsibility, please have the package ready for collection by the courier at the premises to which it was delivered. Rejected prints must be returned or we should receive written notification of the client's intention to return, within 7 days of receipt of the prints by the client.
Approval of Invoice: Once an invoice has been accepted and paid, all details therein will be deemed to have been checked and approved as correct by the client. It is the client's responsibility to check all details of the invoice, notice any mistakes and to bring them to our attention. The client will be held financially responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of any such mistakes. Print Art Photography CA takes full responsibility for any mistakes arising from any deviation by Print Art Photography CA from the details specified on the invoice.
Disclaimer Against Delay of Goods in Transit: Print Art Photography CA cannot accept responsibility for delays in transit. Once a shipment leaves our printing facility, full responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of your prints rests with the courier. Whilst we have no control over delays due to a courier, we will do all in our power to resolve any such situation and will take appropriate redress with the courier on behalf of the client, within the limitations of the courier's terms and conditions.
International Shipping Costs: Shipping quotes are passed on to clients exactly as received from the carriers and could be subject to change. Print Art Photography CA reserves the right to pass on any extra shipping costs incurred over the amount quoted by the selected carrier.
